If you need help with 1tap Receipts or 1tap Tax, you can contact us by email.
If tapping the address does not open your email app, copy support@1tap.io and send a message from your usual email app.
To help us find your account and understand the problem, please include:
- The email address you use to sign in to 1tap.
- Whether you use 1tap Receipts or 1tap Tax, and an iPhone, iPad or Android device.
- A description of the problem and any error message you see.
Please do not send your password or verification codes.
